A carrying solution specifically designed for commercial vehicles. Safety, versatility, sturdiness and elegance are the features of this System. The CRUZ CARGO XPRO Roof rack series offers you the basis for transporting large and bulky objects such as ladders, pipes, boards, etc...
The CRUZ CARGO XPRO steel bar combines the advantages of an aerodynamic system with the strength of steel. The optimized aerodynamic shape of the carrier optimally reduces wind noise.
Depending on the vehicle, the CRUZ CARGO XPRO SYSTEM is offered with different number of carrier bars and consists of the vehicle-specific basic modules made of steel and carrier bars made of high-strength steel.
The assembly takes place in stages. First, the vehicle-specific basic modules are attached to the vehicle roof. After the basic modules have been installed, the support bars are screwed to them. Finally, the lockable cap is pushed on and closed.
The stable basic modules are made of high-strength steel and have been developed specifically for the respective vehicle type.
The following accessories can also be purchased for the CRUZ ALU CARGO SYSTEM in order to achieve a perfect result!
Side supports 10 cm High:
The load can be secured against lateral slipping with the side supports (941-024). They are fastened quickly and securely by clipping them onto the crossbars. Quick assembly/disassembly and adjustment is possible thanks to the tool-free toggle nut. Lashing straps or other ladder clamping systems can be used to secure the load.
Side supports 18 cm High:
The load can be secured against lateral slipping with the side supports (941-028). They are fastened quickly and securely by clipping them onto the crossbars. Quick assembly/disassembly and adjustment is possible thanks to the tool-free toggle nut. Lashing straps or other ladder clamping systems can be used to secure the load.
Ladder roller (Extendable):
The extendable ladder roller (941-447) makes it easier to load ladders, pipes and long objects. This is mounted on the rearmost bar. The ladder roll can be telescoped by approx. 50 cm and is available in 3 widths (60 cm - 941-110 / 80 cm - 941-111 / 120 cm - 941-120).
Ladder clamp:
The ladder clamp (941-043) can be used to securely fasten ladders on the rack bars.
Straps (3 m):
The straps (941-303) ensure that the load is fastened securely and quickly to the carrier bars. Length 3m.
Straps with ratchet (5 m):
The straps with ratchet (941-302) ensure that the load is fastened securely and quickly to the carrier bars. Length 5m.
Protection pad:
The protection pad makes loading easier and protects the load from damage. The protection pad is easy to assemble and available in 2 widths (42 cm - 940-602 / 62 cm - 940-603).
Lock set:
The CRUZ CARGO XPRO carrier system can be equipped with a lock set. The lock sets are available in different versions (2x - 932-012 / 4x - 932-014 / 6x - 932-016). The lock sets are supplied with two keys..
